Each
Buddy Bear shows the individual design created by different artists on behalf of
their native countries. The international artists’ different styles are joined
together in one work of art, spreading zest for Life. The diverse design of the
Buddy Bears – always typical for the respective countries – enables the visitor
to experience a journey around the globe.
Buddy Bears activities and aid for children in
need have formed an inseparable unit. To date, around E1,800,000 (Aug 2011)
have been raised through donations and auctions in aid of UNICEF and local
children’s relief organizations.
I saw this girl lifting up her hands next to the Korean Bear. She looks Korean herself. There is a favourite bear for everyone. Some of the bear are quite friendly like this one but looks ferocious as well. One of my favourite was on with a ring round one eye and a cross on the other :)

Each one a separate individual,as in real life, "Bearing" cultural traits,morals and ideologies which we receive through Art without being dogmatic.
I would never label, not even one of them,as ferocious,my friend.Even ferocity has so much to say ...

I saw this mother and child walking among the bears. Tried to take a good shot but this was the best I could managed. Not really satisfied with it but it will have to do.
