Dragons In Love

I've had just enough time...   to witness dragons in love

Taken one early misty morning in Ampang Hills, Kuala Lumpur

Dragons in love
Shook the world apart
Restored the knight's faith
Weary of killing
Down sword and shield
To take up the plough
Planted seeds of hurt that
Burst into a thousand bloom
Attracted the Monarch
From far away
But the knight was not impressed
Till it bore fruits
Lemon bitter to
Squeeze on rare meats
On laid tables waiting
Till the curtains lifted
By night winds
Through open windows
The farmer toasted
Red wine
To slain ghosts
Merry laughter
Echoed from the hut
Through the night

Dragons in love shakes the world

Dragonflies are always interesting subjects to shoot as well as such fascinating creatures. And when they are joined in love, they shook the world; really! :) This pair was taken after my exploring Ampang Hill one beautiful morning and by the time I reached the patch of tall grasses surrounded by embankments, my camera battery was flashing red. I cursed my self for not having an extra pack. Actually, I had but that too was depleted from the number of shots I took. For some reasons, there were dozens of dragonflies flying around this particular part. I had no choice but to be selective about the shot I will make. This was about the very last shot before my battery died on me...

A wonderful capture ! Makes me feel like I am watching ' the dance of the cosmos ' ...as the spark of new life is passed along. I am glad there was still a 'spark of life ' in your camera battery ...so you were able to record this excellent shot ....very well done !

    Incredible macro!!!
Your camera battery is so kind that they waited till this moment :) Your texts are always interesting. After seeing this 'one of the rarest' shots and going through your texts, I was just wondering if it is kind of privacy violation that you took their picture at that moment? and if I have joined in this violation process that I'm looking at this 'unbelievable' picture? (Hope dragons have no Privacy Act :)
