"The sharp knife of a short life

I've had just enough time..."

- "If I Die Young" The Band Perry

I see Beauty in many things. And like the ghosts that only speak to you if you notice them, they tell me wondrous tales. With my camera and my thoughts, I captured these as faithfully as I can to share with you. And by doing so, they gave me the reasons. And though the thousand reasons may not all be sweet and some indeed bitter; they are still reasons to live. Come to think about it, that is Life, isn't it?

Birds Talk No One Hears

I've had just enough time to...   hear birds talking

Taken while walking in the street of Rangon, Myanmar

The lines of communications belong to the birds

That chirp, cheep, chitter and twitter
Short and sweet, incessant and insane
A thousand voice, one great din
Who is listening?

 Who is listening!?
Not me, are you?
We tweet to speak,
Not to hear

But who is listening
If everyone speaks?
You don’t get it, do you?
It is birds talk

In birds talk
Everyone talks
No one hears
If birds talk everyone talks
No one hears

Well I'm not back yet, not really. Just got back from Beijing yesterday and is in-between trips with the Philippines coming up next in the next two weeks. But meanwhile, I will try to post something so that I'll not be away too long.
This shot is taken while walking through the street of Yangon, Myanmar. All of you must have read how much things are changing in this city that is several decades away from the rest of the world. It is amazing to see the number of birds hanging on the electric wires just hanging there walking the world moving along in its leisurely pace. But even the birds sense the changes in the air and they are aroused. But when birds talk, does anyone listen? And when men twitter...

A passing hello to you too Thou. Looks like you are having a great time with your trips. What a stunning collection of shots here and in your blogg. From what I understand in the bird world it's about who can make the loudest and the most interesting noise - that apparently is sure to attract a mate the most lol. I saw in a program once - not sure if it applies to all birds but birds are apparently are constantly on the lookout for interesting noises they can copy and develop. One managed to copy some metal work/repair work type of noise noise and another camera noises. I can imagine they managed to impress the ladies in the bird world endlessly he he he. Interesting thought about men twittering as well lol. Keep having fun in your travels my friend : ))

A wonderful image ! I love to see birds perched on wires ...whether there is one bird or 100s of them . They always remind me of 'feathered philosophers ' ....and I am sure they are much wiser than me and their discourse would be way 'over my head ' . ...so I don't try to eavesdrop on them . But I do grab my camera and take pictures of them ...because they are a very photogenic sight . Great capture here ...thanks for sharing :-)
