I've had enough time to... shoot the wedding photographer
Shooting the wedding photographer in St. Thomas Cathedral in Kuching, Sarawak
The
wedding photographer was all over the place
Searching
every angle, squeezing tight space
The only
one with sweat on his face
He shot,
reviewed, reshoot one after another
But his
expression always carries that same bother
Like
that of a serial scowler
Maybe he
feels something is eluding him
Which make
him kind of grim
And the
singing of hymn
Is only
pushing him to the brim
Time is
running out
For him
to make a shot that makes him proud
And the
bride shrieking out loud
So at
the critical chapter
When the
couple kneels before the altar
He
kneels along after
And made
that perfect shot together with a prayer
I believe that a wedding fotgraf - this is a vocation
ReplyDeleteYes, Migalayte - it is a vocation and a tougher one than what most people thinks.
DeleteA 1000 Reasons
ReplyDeleteIt is always fun and interesting watching other photographers when they are serious about making their shot, whether they are professional or not. I cannot say much about this photographer sense of dressing but I've to compliment on the length he will go to to get his shot. Even if it meant he will have to kneel down to make the perfect shot. So when the bride and bridegroom kneels before the priest, he immediately falls to his kneels too but for very different reasons. I hope his prayer is answered :)

Very Interesting shot of a Kneeling Shooter. Good Observation and Moment Catch. And I Like Your Observation on the Scene.

Good Morning Dear Friend, I Vale and Appreciate Your Opinion and Comment.
When I Write : Inflated Infracture.... it not only refers the city hall,,,but all , including, roads, buses, trams, trains, university, park, garden, fountain, power, water supply, maintenance of all these.......These things are available in this part of world in plenty.
I am in Silicon Valley for the past 3 months,,, I find these facilities are not fully utilized, not many people there to use.... Empty benches in deserted park, fountains in full force, but no one to enjoy...wide platforms with few people using it.
The city hall you I mentioned earlier is a massive beautiful building, with extra ordinary facilities , We visited at least ten time, we hardly come across people there. Except in one evening we participated in gathering.
This is what I meant " Under utilized facilities"
With Warmest greetings. I value your opinion, exchanging it enriches both.

Ha ha ha love your capture and observation of the determined photographer. I hope you helped him get back up on his feet again lol.
BTW
Thanks for clarying that it is the Chinese tradition you were referring to. I don't know why, but I got the impression you might be Malaysian and possibly into Buddhism. Now you really know how terrible I can be at times at guessing lol.
Regarding your geese/duckling family question - I have answered it in my photostream under your question. I hope that helps in solving the mystery. : ))
