"The sharp knife of a short life

I've had just enough time..."

- "If I Die Young" The Band Perry

I see Beauty in many things. And like the ghosts that only speak to you if you notice them, they tell me wondrous tales. With my camera and my thoughts, I captured these as faithfully as I can to share with you. And by doing so, they gave me the reasons. And though the thousand reasons may not all be sweet and some indeed bitter; they are still reasons to live. Come to think about it, that is Life, isn't it?

Lets Hug the UNITED BUDDY BEARS – Part III

I've had just enough time to...  ask for Peace.

Taken in Kuala Lumpur of the Einstein Bear

The Einstein Bear

“Peace cannot be kept by force.   It can only be achieved by understanding.”  - Albert Einstein

Give Peace A Chance

If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.”  - Mother Teresa

  3. I climbed up high to take the photos of the bear from a different angle and liked the view especially of the lone photographer shooting the bear and fountain.

Great harmony in this one,Thou,in every sense ...
Looks as if you adopted the Rule of thirds from up there !!!
Love the circular arrangement of the Buddy Bears around the life-giving Fountain that so thoughtfully embraces the "each other" relation.

Nice perspective & compositional division. Where's the Einstein bear in this picture...why so (apparently) detached from the project? A worthy cause, without doubt, but a little bizarre... there being no variation in the mould (other than Einstein perhaps) Reminds me of a Toronto project executed by our crazy Mayor of the the '90's. Literally hundreds of large-than-life size fibreglass moose, yes, moose, each decorated in a vibrant design of their own choosing by different TO artists, then placed in prominent positions throughout the city core. His mayorship's grand idea of a tourist attraction. For many citizens, merely an embarrassment. Eventually they were displaced, discarded, sold at auction or whatever. Once in awhile, even after all these years, one that's been found in a garbage dump or lying in a back alley somewhere will make the news. May the sweet Buddy Bears have a more dignified ending, if an eternal mall life is not in the cards for them *~*
PS: have written a response to your dialogue under 'the man in white' *~*
